Shipping policy

all standard orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. you will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

pre-orders will be processed on a delayed timeframe that will be clear upon ordering + included in your confirmation email. this delay is due to the additional time required for processing and customization of limited-release gear. you will always receive an email notification when your order has shipped.

shipping rates and estimates

shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

local pickup

you can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at special events and pop-up shops. if there is an upcoming event, this will be an option at checkout. after placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up at the upcoming event. you will receive an email with additional instructions once your order is complete. you will need to have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
